Ageless Grace for Kidz is a programme based on the science of Neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain to change structurally and functionally).
It is a simple programme that uses the body to activate all 5 areas of the brain – analytical, strategic, kinaesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination.
Through music and movement it aids children in the development of learning skills, stimulates creativity, strengthens core muscles, helps them to focus and adapt their behaviour by encouraging social interaction. It is particularly beneficial for ADD/ADHD children as the exercises are physical and stimulating but the children remain seated.
It is very easy to incorporate the 21 tools into a classroom environment as the only requirements are chairs for the children to sit on and some form of music player for the teacher to operate. They are perfect for the teachers to use to quieten down the class and get them to concentrate for the lessons to follow and can be split up or done in clusters – just 10 minutes a day will make a difference.
It is a fact that children spend too much time engaging with technology these days which has led to a rise in obesity levels, poor posture and core strength and cervical spine deformities from looking down. This programme is fun, playful, creative, and has huge physical benefits along with stimulating brain fitness. It is suitable for all ages, body types and physical ability.
